Let worry cry.

Dear Worry,
I know I have an issue with you. I admit it. But here is the deal I also have a choice. And I choose for you to NOT win. If I choose to "let go and let God" in everything I do and say then worry doesn't reign. It is my job to wake every morning and every second after that to reach for God rather than let you control those fears and tears. Hannah taught me that God wants my bitterness along with my promises. He wants me to open my hands and watch Him work. I know you will attempt you stick your ugly head in and out of my life but I vow to fight you calling on my Father of mercy.

  1. Amen! I know we all deal with worry at one point and time in our lives. At one point in my life I was consumed by it, living with an anxiety disorder and suffering from panic attacks on a nearly daily basis. However, God's Word is clear about the issue of worry and we are repeatedly commanded to not worry and to be very courageous. It wasn't until I started speaking God's Word to my mountains, giving everything over to Him and trusting in all of His promises to me that the spirit of great that had gripped my life for so long was released from me. God had set me free from that bondage. It has been a little over 2 years now since my last panic attack and God has showered my with blessing upon blessing ever since. I do not live my life based on man's economy or doctor's reports or what we perceive to be "truth" in the world. I trust wholeheartedly in what God's Word says. I am blessed to be a blessing. He is Jehovah Jireh, the LORD my provider! He's not looking at all the events going on in the world today worrying. No! We know who wins in the end! I couldn't be in better hands. And God always turns what the enemy meant to harm us into something for good! It's like baking a cake. All the ingredients by themselves are nasty; e.g. vanilla extract alone is bitter, flour alone is dry and tasteless, raw eggs & butterare yuck, sugar alone is way too sweet, but mix them all together and it's good! No matter what's going on in your life, God's got it all under control. He's be en at this a long time & knows what He's doing! :)
