Motherhood should come with...UNITY. 
Ephesians 4: 4-6 “You were all called to travel on the same road and in the same direction, so stay together, both outwardly and inwardly. You have one Master, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who rules over all, works through all, and is present in all. Everything you are and think and do is permeated with Oneness.”

My child has blue eyes.

Your child has brown eyes.

My child puts things in lines.

Your child enjoys randomness

My child likes art.

Your child likes science.

Our children are uniquely created but WE are one. We are united with our God- given title: Mom.
We most likely disciple differently, let our children enjoy different “treats” and have varying thoughts on school but we are on the same team. We want to raise our children to LOVE Jesus! We want kind children. We want children that contribute. We want children that make a difference. But so often in our striving for what we think is best for our children we are knocking each other down in the process. We think WE know best rather than taking in the uniqueness of how God created each of us to mother. 

Can we work together to raise our children with an understanding of a God the Father that works through them to create UNITY? Can our differences actual unite us?
