First {Supply List}:
These
are items that would be helpful to have but nothing is mandatory.
Second {Check List}:
This
is just a fun little list that will help you break your established routines. I
have one for you and one for a friend.
Third {Words of the Week}:
We
will focus on these three words Monday-Sunday. If you are a visual person I would
encourage you to print them, cut them out and stick them places that will serve
as reminders for you.
