i heart moms: week five

I heart books. I know I usually share books for you but today I need to share a book for your kids or I should say toddlers (sorry, for those of you that have older ones) We got Renn the Toddlers  Bible Storybook. He is really enjoying it and feels like he can “read” it himself. It doesn’t have enough details about the story so it needs to be a side to your kid’s Bible, but it has been fun for him. I heart blogs. Sarah Markley! Her blog, her story, her personhood amazes me every post. She has a story (cheating on her husband) that will knock your socks off. Check her out.

I heart food. My roomie for Relevant, Amanda Brown, of My Hearts Desire has fabulous recipes on her blog. This Lemon-Basil Angel hair looks simple and ideal for a summer night meal.

I heart mom shops. One of my favorite etsy and mom shops is Evy’s Tree. Amy, the owner, is the sweetest thing ever. She is the wife of a youth pastor and loves designing tees and hoodies that I could live in. Everyone in my family has Evy’s Tree hoodies.

I heart parties. I am thankful for friends who know what I love. Look at this English Garden party that Ginger Ciminello shared with me. Hello! It is my dream world wrapped up in pretty pictures. The colors, textures, vessels are loveliness!
